Cascading Salad 
Selection of various salad to include: Organic mixed greens, baby spinach and ice berg blend nestled in the mountainous salad are various toppings and additions to the salad such as shredded cheese, croutons, onions, shredded carrots, chopped bacon, sliced cucumbers and sliced peppers. Top it off with a splendid house vinaigrette, southern ranch or a light olive oil and cider vinegar  dressing.
