Chef Richard has a passion for cooking and the a talent for creating memorable events. He is a dedicated father and husband who realized his passion preparing meals for his family and friends.
He was a consulting chef at the 2005 Presidential Inauguration in Washington D.C. serving over 35,000 attendees at the Commander in Chief Ball were George W., The First Lady, George Senior, Barbara Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and many others enjoyed the evening. Chef Richard has studied under several world renowned chefs including Darren McGrady who spent 15 years as a chef at Buckingham Palace and was the personal chef to the former Princess Diana.
In addition to catering and consulting, Chef Richard also volunteers his time once a month at The Gilda's Club North Texas were he teaches men, women, and children living with cancer and their families to cook healthy meals. Gilda's club and Chef Richard are currently working on a recipe book to raise money for the fight against cancer. |
